I did invest a small amount in rentberry a long time ago as part of my diversification strategy, but am a bit annoyed by how much money they (claim) to have raised, and how much they think that is a good thing. Convincing people to give you money isn't impressive, doing a lot with a very little is what is impressive. Of course I hope they succeed and wish everyone involved the best, I just don't necessarily look to these organizations as businesses that I aspire to learn from.
Do you think crowdfunding platforms willfully turn a blind eye to any exaggerated claims made by startups like Rentberry because they're mostly incentivized to just help them raise funds by any means possible?
Hi Kevin, AtomBeam is a moonshot well worth the risk. I invested in past round and 2nd investor when they opened current start engine round. Increased my position after last 2 days of more positive developments like 2nd phase II defense contract and partnership with HPE and NVidia partner project . These developments are after your Substack post. There is no stopping from here. They are clearly at inflection point now.
